Years ago, when I started working in an office, one of the things we were taught was that when answering a call, take a few seconds, a deep breath and smile, then answer the phone.

I had a CS service job once where I had to answer calls and one day I answered the phone with a smile (in my voice) the caller didn't answer so I said, Hello? U still there? Then the caller exclaimed, your voice was so perfect, I thought you were a recording!! *L* I didn't know if I should be insulted or feel complimented.

Yep happy they should be happy. Compared to what is available around here for a job. They have a chair, air conditioning, probably a preset schedule. So many people around here work in non-AC warehouses even when the temp goes over 100 with 60+ humidity. They are making very close to minimal wage with only a few days off a year. So yeah that person should be happy. Sounds like a dream job for those with little job experience, or no ability to further their education or career.
