Well 3 of them made big changes, good for them, the other needs to step it up. Nice try using picture tricks to hide that though, but we can still tell.

Look at their faces. The average age of the entire family seems to have gone down by 20 years. The best way to welcome a new baby into the family is by setting an inspirational example right away!

Ok I’m inspired so tell me how to “get there” please.

Thumbs down. This is such disingenuous garbage I can't believe so many people fall for. Look up some YouTube videos about how those "before/after" shots are made. Often the "before" shot is made 6 hours AFTER the "after" shot. These guys are sticking out their bellies on purpose and trying to have bad posture etc. Look at pictures 3 vs 4. Almost exactly the same arms, as well as similar chest, especially on the guy on the left. They maybe shed a couple pounds and added a tiny bit of muscle but it's not at all a radical transformation. Look at the top pic. Girls don't get beer bellies. I, right this second can make a before/after very close to this.

Never too old to get in shape... no excuses for men and women alike. Them with their various schedules... still found the time to lift and run. And their gym looks so well-equipped.

Well done to them! It's hard work, but proves that with determination anything is possible.

Oh my god Jesse, looking very very good. His wife looked great from the beginning. Dad looks fantastic too but Jesse....Jesse is looking really good.
