Child Photographers From All Over The World Document Kids Spending Summers Away From Technology
Child Photo Competition is an international photo community devoted to discovering and promoting the most talented child photographers from all over the world.
Every month, we run free of charge monthly themed contest in order to give a chance to emerging photographers to show us the magic of child photography.
This Summer CPC asked the photographers from all around the globe to document children spending their summer disconnected from the world of electronic gadgets and to submit the best snaps to "SUMMER UNPLUGGED" contest.
What seemed like an odd theme in so called 'digital age' turned out to be one of the biggest proofs that children don't need smartphones to have fun!
Have a look at our gallery of 35 Finalists to see what did the brilliant minds of children come up with in order to enjoy the shiniest season of the year!
We hope you'll like it!

Beautiful photos of happy children. And yes, it's good seeing them move around rather than staying glued to computers, but not all of these are "without technology". For example, the kid playing with the water dispenser is pretty much playing with technology, and so is the kid with binoculars. "Technology" is a term that's too wide, so it would be more accurate to say "computers". (Welcome downvotes, for my supposed pettiness and dare to ruin the idyll)
These are fantastic. I would like to give my children adventures like this one day
Children has the best time to enjoy the time and nature. We adult have works and works - no play nor curiosity
I don't know why people have to be so negative about kids using technology. Times change, roll with it!
It would have been much better if the contributions included pictures from Asia, Africa and South America (there is only one!). I am sure kids there are also enjoying their summer with no phones or video games more than the kids who belong to the northern hemisphere. Otherwise, the title should be changed.
Who cares? It's not about you, it's about the kids in these pictures enjoying life. If you want then to be from all over the globe, do the right thing and do it yourself instead of complaining on the intrawebz.
Load More Replies...Too bad that nowadays there are less and less children having moments like these!
These are not child photographers, they are photographers of children. "Child photographers" are photographers who are children. There is a difference, please sort out your grammar (Syntax? Structure? No idea what the technical word for it is called).
The term commonly used for people who take photograph of children is CHILD PHOTOGRAPHERS. :)
