My sister uploaded a photo of me and her once to her social media. First annoyance is I repeatedly ask her not to, but she does it any way. Then I realised it was filtered, as she’d sent me the original. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed, as she felt she had to make me look better before she could post it. She has her own insecurities I get that, but she got rid of my frown lines and whitened my teeth and other things. Can’t exactly put it into words why it made me feel so awful but it made my already photo and social media hating worse.

Photographer does not equal graphic designer...I know this bc I am a graphic designer. I also used to work for a photographer and he was convinced his photoshop skills were superb, until I showed him my work lol
