With The Help Of A.I., I Found Out What These Celebrities Would Look Like With No Plastic Surgery (21 Pics)
Aging is a very scary topic for many. A lot of us are afraid of the future when we will have wrinkles, gray hair, and saggy skin. The beauty standards today make it seem like the end of the world sometimes. Physical and facial beauty is even more important if it's a big part of your career. That's why celebrities often get plastic surgeries to look younger a little longer.
I decided to take a few celebrities and use A.I. and my editing skills to see how they would look like if they never had plastic surgery. The results are quite interesting and fun to see. Keep in mind that all of this is just out of curiosity and all is in good faith. Also, A.I. still has a long way to go, so some images may look a little wonky.

Cher, 75 Years Old
I first started this project by doing research on which celebrities have had the most plastic surgeries. Then I study other people in similar age groups so that I know what they should look like. Then I use artificial intelligence to age photos of their younger selves and edit the pictures on Photoshop to make them look better and more realistic.
Dolly Parton, 75 Years Old
Donatella Versace, 66 Years Old
I believe that in moderation, plastic surgery is very useful. When people dislike something about their looks, it hurts no one to change that aspect. Or perhaps when people get hurt or wounded, plastic surgery is a great tool to help them look like their old selves. There is nothing wrong with wanting to look the way you want to. However, when people overuse plastic surgery, not only does it not look very good, it can also be very harmful to the person undergoing the surgery.
Jocelyn Wildenstein, 81 Years Old
Mickey Rourke, 68 Years Old
His face was destroyed in his boxing career. He was never going to look like the image in the photo.
These days almost everyone wants to look like filters on apps. No wrinkles, stretch marks, or any other "unattractive" things about our bodies can be shown. It's really sad to see that. We're all human beings and nobody is perfect. We should accept that the marks on our bodies, the imperfections are what make us unique and beautiful. There is no need to hide them.
Goldie Hawn, 75 Years Old
Madonna, 63 Years Old
Madonna looks sad nowadays, imo. And I don't mean the actual emotion.
The most difficult part of this project was to make the photos look natural and resemble the celebrities. Artificial intelligence still has a lot of flaws, so I had to work with Photoshop a lot. I take time to put different hair and makeup on the celebrities. See what works, what they would look like today, etc. I try to be a perfectionist when it comes to my projects and it takes a lot of time. I hope you enjoy what I've done!
Priscila Presley, 76 Years Old
Melanie Griffith, 64 Years Old
So, if she'd allowed herself to age naturally, she'd look more like her mom (Tippi Hedren) and might have held onto Antonio Banderas.... Not seeing a downside to that. (Side note: Banderas found her obsession with cosmetic enhancement troubling and it became an issue in their relationship ending.)
Joan Rivers, Died At The Age Of 81 Years Old
Amanda Lepore, 53 Years Old
Carla Bruni, 53 Years
Daryl Hannah, 60 Years Old
What a lovely and ethereal woman she was. Now she is a science fiction creation. Sorry.
Joan Van Ark, 78 Years Old
It seems to me that those real photo's are more horrible than the aged ones. What people do to their faces is appalling.
Why the hell is her face blue? Why would people do such things to themselves??
Likely damage to her blood vessels from too many injections and surgeries

Again, the middle picture is a horrible choice to compare with. She still looks good, but needs help with her makeup.
Instead of freakishly distorting their faces, actors should protest against the ageism in Hollywood.
If she cut back on the dark eyebrow lines and the same color lines under her eyes, I think she would look more attractive.
I never understood her choice of eye makeup, which made her surgeries look even worse.
Barry Manilow, 78 Years
Gretchen (Brazilian Celebrity), 62 Years Old
John Travolta, 67 Years Old
Demi Moore, 58 Years Old
Lisa Rinna, 58 Year Old
Burt Reynolds, Died At The Age Of 82
Britney Spears, 39 Years Old
Was going to say the aged pics are being a bit generous.
Load More Replies...I think this artist needs to look into the aging process a bit more.....
More proof that A.I. isn't as intelligent as people think it is and that plastic surgery leads to disaster in the long run.
Makes me glad I have always been plain.... had no fear of losing my looks.... must be frightening when the main thing youve prided yourself on fades.... gotta let it happen as gracefully as you can handle it I guess.....
They should be able to do what they want with their own faces without being bullied or studied. If you act like an ugly twat, that’s one thing. Most of these people seem nice enough.
I clicked on this because I was curious about what people would look like aged naturally, but I should have expected a lot of insults about what they look like with surgery. Even if you don't like it, why post negative comments? It's their body, and they're not hurting anyone.
Load More Replies...ngl, I find many comments on these posts rather toxic.......just because you don't like how they look or what they do to themselves......please don't type up hate comments.....they are people who did what they wanted........if you cant appreciate their bravery to do something out of the ordinary the least you can do is not hate comment
1. The AI ha no idea how ageing works. It's not just some wrinkles and slighly saggy cheeks. You face changes, you night look tired sad or angry all the time without being so. 2. I am sick of this women bashing. Plastic surgery added decades to these women's careers. so they don't look like your granny at70. so what? They were able to do what they love and earn a living for 10, 20 maybe even 30 more years. STOP JUDGING WOMEN WHO WORK IN INDUSTRIES THAT IGNORE EVERY WOMAN OVER 35! Sure, some may have self-worth issues, but for most these procedures have a very practical reason.
Most of them had dam good cheekbones to start with, the underwiring of the face
I don't need AI. I look at my mom and grandma. O r pics of. Yep, there's me in the future. Or now. As you prefer!
Nothing wrong with aging. I'm getting some wrinkles, my hands show they have worked and my decolleté has seen too much sun. So bloody what. With a bit of luck I'll age like my grandmother: not a grey hair on her head at 99 yo when she passed. (Why would I want to pump up my face).
Load More Replies...There's a definite plastic surgery look isn't there - strain around the eyes, hamster cheeks, and that weird pinched in nose. So many weird mouths as well.
the thing with cosmetic surgery or stuff like that, I can understand the "anti-aging" thing, like, no one wants to look old and tired, so then do stuff to stay looking "the same" as you did when younger. The issue comes when they add stuff, like the cheekbones they never had, the clown lips, the brick chin, the pulled up eyes, the plastic-y skin, etc. I can't even imagine the level of body dysmorphia they must have to look at themselves in the mirror and think that's what they needed to look better.
The actors justify all the surgery because Hollywood won't give them jobs unless they look a certain way. Hollywood justifies it by saying that we the audience don't want to see old people in our movies and TV. Except I think we all do. So why is this whole nonsense necessary?
Just be yourself in all your natural beauty. This is disturbing. I understand plastic surgery for medical purposes such as burn victims or something like that but not just because you think it will improve your looks. It don't.
and all the cast of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and jane fonda and al pacino and tom cruise and and and great JOB, btw.
Not sure they are really aged factually but the surgical updates are horrendously creepy. And unfortunately that's what they really look like instead of aging gracefully.
I feel really sad for these people tbh. They were all good-looking to begin with so they obviously have some sort of body image issues that made them go this far. (I know Mickey Rourke was covering boxing scars though) I'd give anything to have looked like the before photos.
So many people just ruin themselves and look SOOOOOOO much worse due to botched and too much plastic surgery versus allowing nature and taking care of your skin takes it's course. It's frightening how many people are so insecure that they feel they have to alter their appearance. I can understand a nose job but the fillers and facelifts, implants, etc., are just not ok.
Hey look! Bored Panda censored her name! BP can be its own worst enemy sometimes.

Good presentation but most look much younger on those AI than their real age.
I'm thinking of Pamela Anderson (american actress) and Kenny Rogers (American singer). Utter horror
God it is sad that their faces actually looked like melting mushy jello on so many of them after plastic surgery and that they are led to believe they look good.
A rarified strata of our culture where surgically distorted faces are normal and aging is abnormal.
None of the photoshopped ones actually look like the original person…
they must all go to the same person for the treatment..they all look like s**t....
