I love cats. They are cute. They are independent. They can be good companions, but they are not needy. Besides nothing says “home” better than a house with a cat in it. It is THE perfect pet! Cats come in different shapes and sizes. They have their own attitude, personality and opinion about your weird habits. Every cat is as unique as a snowflake. But I believe it’s possible to at least try and classify them. So here is my classification of cat types based on first-hand experience and extensive research.
Attention, though: Cats are complicated creatures. Your cat can be a perfect representation of only one type or may combine several of them! Mine is just a useless douche… Hmm.

Share on FacebookA friend of mine had a cat called "The Homeless Man". So sometimes she would turn up at work and say "Damn, I forgot to feed the Homeless Man this morning". Sometimes she had these stories that made passers-by stop and stare. "Dude, this morning I woke up and the Homeless Man was there ... licking my face"
Very funny..One can be like: When I went home from office, The Homeless Man was there waiting for me.
Load More Replies...I'm sad that they made "nut job" black. I'm not a cat-vocate or anything, I have ONE cat and he's more than enough for my house... but I know that black cats have a hard time getting adopted already. Black animals in general get put to sleep from just not being adopted more than any other animal. Can't you make the mean, hissing demon cat another colour? thanks!
Definitely missed "software engineer cat" that walks all over the keyboard and "mighty ruler cat" that is so delightfully adorable you couldn't possibly stand up after they've decided to grace you with a lap cuddle, they totally own you...
Okay maybe Mr. Sir is similar to Mighty Ruler Cat but my cat is less obvious about it
Load More Replies...Just need to say, hairless cats are more likely to be sweeties than creeps. My hairless Dad is slightly offended.
Mine meows constantly, I don't know what to call that:D she used to be a real nut job, but luckyly grew out of it:D Now she just screams at me.
My owner would probably be Edward scizorrpaws and a total nutjob to everyone except for me. Seriously she scratches and bites everyone except for me. She is just the sweetest perfectest little thing around me. I love her so much!
We had two one that ate all the time the other was a snob a hunter, but when challenged by another watch out literally the fur would fly.
I had a Homeless Man that I loved in an apartment complex I used to live in. He always looked f****d up, but he knew he had a place to eat and sleep for a bit. Then he'd wake up and roam the streets, turning into Nutjob or a Little S**t.
Oh, I've had many Little Shits & Hobo's. Special place in my hearts for Hobo Cats.
My cat is a Ms Puker - unless her dish is basically full all the time, the next time I fill it I will find regurgitated kibble chunks, although maybe not for a couple days.
I have them All. Rolled into two cats. One is 20 years old....the other is two
You've captured all their "faces" . So many different cats within a single body or some who model a single type. They fascinate me.
Fantastic. Well captured their essence. Great job. Love it. Will check out more at your web site. Thanks.
We have a psycho, unsocial (to other cats) cat, bites when you pet her too long.. can't find that cat here...
