Share on FacebookDoes Pisco have low vision? I've never seen a fully-sighted cat with permanently expanded pupils. Not that it isn't cute, because he's as cute as a button.
It's possible to force pupils to dilate with atropine eye drops. Of course there's no way to tell what's going on with this cat, but always dilated like this is not normal.

They may not know that this is a symptom of possible: "pain, overstimulation & age-related atrophy"(looks young but not stated), "Cat's eyes should dilate periodically, so it's a real concern if the pupils never contract." And "Various health concerns are connected to dilated pupils, including feline leukemia, toxicity, dysautonomia and tumors". Anytime something is "unique or unusual" with an animal, especially when it has sudden onset... please take them to the Vet (if you can) or at least research it, for pet's sake.
there are videos of him having normal pupils: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BjHOAN7fsk
