Self-taught Japanese artist Pico Miho, who is also known as nekoseisaku_pico on her Instagram, is a mother of two who started making these unique handbags a few years ago. These feline handbags are all made by hand and are the same size as a real-life adorable cat. Each bag consists of 78 parts, so these fake fur bags are not easy to make and take a lot of time and effort to craft.

The Fukui-based fake fur cat bag designer sometimes takes small custom orders on her website (unfortunately, currently she’s on hiatus.) However, these unique designs might cost you up to $950 as they are one-of-a-kind. And let’s not forget her realistic artworks look eerily similar to the real deal!

“I’ve always loved cute cats since I was a kid and always worked with stuffed animals everywhere. I wanted a ‘stuffed cat’ that I could take outside even as an adult. But a cute plush is embarrassing… so I made it in a way that looks real and has a reason for one to carry it around,” the artist told Bored Panda.
