Happy first day of December! My name is Veni and I want to share my story with you. Two months ago I saw this treasure for the first time. It was my birthday, the 19th of September. My boyfriend walked into the door and gave me this little fluffiness. It was the best birthday gift ever! I was so surprised that I was speechless for a couple of minutes. I felt so blessed and happy!
I called him Chubby. When I saw him for the first time he was so skinny and most important he was the most frightened kitten I have ever seen for sure. My boyfriend took him from the organisation “Let’s Adopt! Bulgaria”. The kitty was attacked by two dogs on the street and luckily a woman saved him and gave him to this organisation. That’s how we adopted him.
At first Chubby was afraid of every sound and was hiding under the sofa all the time. But we taught him everything, gave him so much love and now he is the most playful creature. And you can see the difference… no more hiding. He sits on the sofa – like a boss! I can’t wait to celebrate our first Christmas together as a family!

Share on FacebookLove this! We always adopt older cats, usually ones who cannot (or will not) go outside. It is so fulfilling to watch them bloom, from terrified to relaxed and happy, with love and patience. Well done for giving this frightened kitten all that he needs to be happy and contented. I also love his black bean/silver paw combo!
