“Good Riddance”: Caitlyn Jenner Writes Blunt Message Expressing Happiness Over O.J. Simpson’s Death
As headlines across the world trumpeted the news of O.J. Simpson’s death, Caitlyn Jenner had a stark response to the news about the controversial figure.
Caitlyn, known for her Olympic past and later television fame, did not mince words when she wrote a tweet about O.J., who died of cancer at the age of 76.
“On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace,” O.J.’s family wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, in a Thursday statement.

Following the news, Caitlyn took to social media to reveal her thoughts on the former American football star and actor’s death.
Caitlyn managed to say plenty without actually saying much.
“Good Riddance #OJSimpson,” read her tweet.
Caitlyn’s reaction appeared to be rooted in her complex history with O.J., a once close friend during her marriage with ex-wife Kris Jenner. Before marrying Caitlyn, Kris was previously married to Robert Kardashian, the prominent attorney who was O.J.’s defense lawyer in a highly publicized murder trial.

Kris, who was friends with O.J. and Nicole, fought for justice for the murdered wife while the world watched Robert, the father of her children, defending O.J. in court.
Following O.J.’s acquittal, Caitlyn was not swayed by the verdict and remained convinced that the former NFL player had blood on his hands. She also spoke in the past about how she didn’t want the controversy to split the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
“I remember the day the verdict came through and [the kids] came in and they said, ‘I told you he didn’t do it,'” Caitlyn shared during a 2009 episode of Dr. Phil. “…We sat down and I said, ‘Look, just because he got a not guilty verdict doesn’t mean he didn’t do it, and I just don’t want to hear his name anymore.’ And I had a lot of conversations with Robert to try to make sure it didn’t tear the family apart.”
Caitlyn is employing the method of shock and awe to try (desperately) to be in some manner relevant. She says absolutely the stupidest things so people will have conversations about how stupid she is. Jenner and Simpson were tight, they were tight even AFTER the verdict. The whole lot of them are nasty bottom feeders.
what amused me the most is when they announced Trans Visibility day on easter... caitlyn seemed to forget she is trans when she went ranting on about that.
