So when a woman breastfeed in public or when a woman don't wear bra under her clothes, it's not sexual because the context is not. You did not say anything about "first purpose". You straight up said that they aren't sexual. Also if we'd go by "first purpose then it would not be feeding babies, but to attract a male human to first make the baby. Women and men also have a right to sleep with whoever they want to, even in relationship. But there are rules about decency and in relationship. If someone comes to your home, you are wearing underwear. Especially when it's a stranger. As you pointed yourself breasts in fact ARE sexual. You also would not want your husband to not have underwear and wearing cargo pants when another woman comes to the house. Would you also then say that this is not sexual because "he simply likes to wear it in his house"? To me both are unacceptable. Especially when someone is in a relationship. If you are home alone with your husband, wear whatever you want, but when a stranger comes then you shouldn't do w/e you want. And yes, a guy walking without a shirt is also a bad behavior imo.

If we go by your logic we can also say the same about killing. >killing humans is illegal and should be. And now we change it to "killing mosquitoes is illegal and should be". Going by this logic we can invalidate anything. Also if a society sees X part of a body as sexual then it should be covered IF you are a decent person and wants to be part of a specific society. If you don't then either leave it, or don't act offended and surprised when people will point you out for breaking the social norms.
