The photo dates back to September 2016, and the Photographer's name is Sandra Krunic. The original title of this photo said something about American healthcare, which doesn't fit.

Pretty sure that if this was actually America, and if this guy was in any type of serious danger, there is NO way the EMT's would EVER do this....really, even if the guy just had a twisted ankle, they would never waist their time doing this....

This is in Croatia. These two guys are not emergency ambulance. Here we have ambulance for disabled and elderly that can't drive to hospital for treatments. He probably needed some pocket money for coffee.
