Borde Panda is unique in creating controversies about ageism, Boomerphobia, etc. Simply put, the guy in the story is an a*****e, no matter how old he is.

The only thing I think that should be addressed here is that an old man told her he was yelling at her because she was a woman. I am a grandmother, and I have started telling people with outdated attitudes, "Is this how you want your wife, daughter/granddaughter treated?" The vast majority of people immediately stop the unacceptable behaviour. Sometimes I run across people who tell me they wish women knew their place, to which I reply that I do, it is protecting my family, providing for my family, and it's too bad that they don't know how to protect theirs. It's never gone further than that. I spent part of my life backing down, but I will move mountains to protect my family and my grands!

First thing that struck me is that 81 is not in the Boomer age range; this is the silent generation, ironically enough. Trump is at the top end of the Boomer range at age 78. If one must apply a label, at least use the right one.

and just remember all the Ladies in the USA. You lost the right to have an abortion no matter what the reason. How long until you lose the right to vote or have a bank account or even own property. Trump will be moving things backwards very quickly this time. And all our African American friends I dread to think what will happen to your rights

On a collective level, I'm first in line to c**p on boomers. That generation will literally be studied academically for how uniquely well positioned it came online and how intentionally s****y it left. That said, after last week, every group has answering to do. The sheer number of women (NOT Boomer either) that voted republican was f*****g sickening. Democrats need to quit flushing votes on fringe issues and groups and get their priorities right. I am encouraged by the comments though. I'm glad people are angry and ready to lash out at conservatives. They're absolutely vile. And republican politicians are not characatures of evil like they have been; they are 100% 1:1 reflections of their A-hole, Bible beating, hopelessly ignorant, voters. Friends, family, and neighbors, 6/10 are f*****g disgusting. The numbers don't lie. But regarding the article there is statistically almost as much anti-woman sentiment amongst women as among boomers.
