From late April to early May, Miharashi Hill is covered in 4.5 million nemophila flowers, transforming the hill into a sea of blue.

It's a bit different.Google says it's native plant of California and Oregon.English name-Baby Blue eyes,Japanese name,瑠璃唐草.I also never seen that.
