I use Amazon Fresh, InstaCart or my neighbor's awesome son. I don't sit back and create excuses. If I feel I can't complete my shopping trip, to include returning my cart, then I don't go until I feel better. I have empathy for the truly handicapped and ill. I've been there and understand it. But I didn't wallow in self-pity and think of excuses for not doing my share in the community. I empathize with you for your genetic and coronary issues but I'm not giving you a pass to be inconsiderate of others and use your condition as an excuse.
