My answer is pretty general! With kids ages 19, 16, 14 and 7, my biggest parenting fail would be waking up. haha. I always seem to "totally not understand" or get a "mom, seriously!" My wins are just as basic... Night time. When I survived the day, I call it a win! And, I've been a parent for 19 years, and have survived every one so far, so I say the odds are in my favor! ;)
I fail everyday. Every night I reflect and try to change what I failed at. As a step father I win every day as well. From seeing my son wake up to being "forced" to watch Naruto. I don't understand him at times but he has my heart.
After much stress I realized I was judging kid #2 by the achievements of kid #1...not cool Dad.
