James Rollins #1 favorite
John Sanford, check out his Prey novels
F Paul Wilson. His Repairman Jack series is an all time favorite.
Bernard Cornwell best battle scenes ever. Check out his Sharpe series or his Last Kingdom series. Great historical writer.
Clive Cussler; a rousing good time with any of his books.
Brad Thor hard to put down as well as
Greg Hurwitz.
All these authors don’t really know how to write a bad book. These are all writers that I think guys will like more so than gals but who am I to say.

I just finished NOS4A2 by Joe Hill. Really enjoyed the book. Need to watch the show when I have time. I'm obsessed with Scott Sigler. Have read everything he has put out multiple times. I'm currently going through the V Wars books again before I start the War with no name series. Mort(e) by Robert Repino was amazing so I'm going to finish the rest of the books in the series.

Sorry for the double post, but if you like humor and sci-fi I would highly recommend How to survive a robot uprising by Daniel H. Wilson. That book had my actually laughing out loud
