Bella Hadid’s Over-The-Top Morning Routine With Cocktail Of Pills, Sage Cleanse Baffles Internet
Who wouldn’t want a peek into the daily life of a supermodel? Recently, Bella Hadid gave fans just that by sharing an in-depth look at her extensive morning routine.
The 27-year-old supermodel sparked mixed reactions when she gave the world a glimpse of her morning wellness regimen, which included a handful of supplements, a sea moss gel, detox juices, and a safe cleanse.
As she started her day, Bella didn’t reach out for a cup of coffee but opted for a potion mixed with three different tinctures in a glass cup, combined with another beverage. This was followed by popping a handful of pills (at least a dozen, each a different color) that she washed down with some green-colored juice.

Next came a dose of Gold Sea Moss from Planted Seeds, followed by a Fulvic Detox beverage and Allegany Nutrition’s Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals. Only after consuming this comprehensive combination of drinks did she finally eat some actual food: a croissant.
Bella then invited fans to join her in the next segment of her morning routine, which appeared to focus on external self-care practices. This included rubbing essential oils on her wrists and neck and then cleansing her space with sage. She then appeared to sit down for a journaling session with a brown diary.
Her routine sparked mixed reactions online, as some said they don’t even have the time to finish their morning cup of coffee, let alone dedicate time to consume a plethora of supplements and tinctures before relaxing in a corner with a journal.
The supermodel invited fans to start the day with her through the TikTok video below

“If I had the money, and more importantly, the time, to be this obnoxiously extravagant and extra I absolutely would be,” one said, while another added, “‘I’m going to take all these pills and weird stuff, so I can eat croissants and kid myself that I’m healthy.’ If you want a croissant, eat one by all means. But if you eat actual healthy food, you won’t need all the pills!”
“With all that money I would hire a chef/cook to make healthy and savory meals, but that’s just me,” said a third comment.
“That looks like the stuff I had to drink before my colonoscopy,” another said.
Many raised their eyebrow at Bella Hadid’s morning routine, as one said, “If you eat actual healthy food, you won’t need all the pills!”

Other fans commented on the video and said the supermodel is “glowing” and “stunning.”
“We love to see a glowing healthy QUEEN,” one TikTok user said, while another chimed in, “It is wonderful to see you happy.”
“Omg you are stunning,” said another.
Another said, “She’s literally glowing so much.”
I enjoy occasional supplements - bee pollen, passionflower, a mushroom mix. The thing is many of these are not intended for long term use and can have daily limits as to what's acceptable. Be sure to do your research into the product you're taking. People throw the word "unregulated" around, like it's some unknown backyard mix, but business have to adhere to certain standards when selling products, and many modern medications are rooted in a natural source. Continuing on, some of these products, even at half the 'recommended dosage' can knock you on your a*s, mix poorly with other supplements or medications, or cause an adverse reaction alone. Bee pollen taken longer than necessary was showing an increased likelihood in experiencing an allergic reaction despite not initially having one. Let your doctor know that you started a supplement regimen and see what they say in regards to you personally having additions to your routine.
