I went with my family on a self-drive tour in Romania to explore its untouched areas, unknown by many and to feel like a local and not like a tourist. We took advantage of the beautiful, sunny weather and started exploring the country. The main highlight of this trip was to hunt the natural side of Romania, just like God left it.

We started in Maramures, being fascinated by the simplicity of Romanian rural living from the traditional villages in Sapanta, Viseul de Sus and Barsana. Then we drove to Transylvania, exploring its rich culture and beautiful hills, we wandered on the streets of Bucharest, relaxed at the beach and went on a short bird watching trip in the Danube Delta.
