If you or your loved one has ever been through a weight loss journey, you should know how hard it can be. It takes time, the process is slow and not very rewarding, and you have to make some significant lifestyle changes that put you under even more pressure.
Finding something that motivates you is crucial because this is what will keep you going throughout the journey. One way is to list the reasons why you’d like to become healthier and tell yourself how it’s gonna change the way you feel. Maybe it’s a boost of self-esteem, a better mood, or being happy with what you see in the mirror.
On the other hand, it’s all about finding the right balance, whether it’s some healthy amount of exercise, a nutritious diet, or a good night’s sleep. Going into the extreme ends of these three can cause long-term damage and harm your body image, relationship with food, and the ways you perceive yourself.

First: go you! That's amazing. Second: it's a 180° transformation, 360 would mean you're back where you started (sorry for being a smart ass, 360 is just confusing to me).
Wondering if OP meant 360 degrees as in full transformation all over rather than referring to turning back to where she began. ?? The 360/180 thing always gets to me too.

Good luck! When was losing weight it helped looking at pictures like this to remember that it's possible. Online communities can be very helpful too, because goodness knows the people out in the real world could be less than supportive at times.

try that for years and i just don't have the strenght anymore to such effort i always reach a step where my weight didn't go down anymore. so i say just f**k it. i'll just die younger i don't care... just trying to keep my mental health it's a f*****g battle.
I know your pain. I was chubby as a little girl, but when I went to university I looked normal. I am depressed from a young age, but I felt the best when I was the slimmest. In the last year, I became obese. I just couldn't take care of myself, I had a lot of work to do. Walking 3 times a week for an hour helped me. It's not too hard and I got bf who walks with me so I don't skip it. Also, I try to eat less. I eat half of my portions. I don't really care about what I eat, I like healthy foods, but I eat everything. Try this. This is doable because you don't change your lifestyle, this is not a big effort. Cheap and easy. :3

For example my bday is July 18th so when I turned 18 that was my Golden Birthday. I've never heard anyone call 50 anything but "over the hill" 😅
I look back on my comments here from some months ago, and realize something now: I should've felt even more strongly than I did at the time, just how wonderful it is that these wonderful people's success stories disprove the fat acceptance myths. Good job to these wonderful people!
Well done to everyone, such inspiring pics, you all look so fabulous!!!
It wouldbe great to have this strength of mind to apply to a variety of situations. These people are really impressive.
A lot of people who suffer with obesity ave eating disorders just like people who suffer bulimia and anorexia. It is just that people are so disgusted by obese people that they don’t care they are possibly suffering an eating disorder like BED or OCED etc. I suffer an eating disorder (Obsessive compulsive eating disorder) and it is NOT an easy solvable thing, doesn’t help that I also use a contraception and antidepressant that also cause weight gain. This is why weight shaming needs to go away. No one knows the persons circumstances and it is between the individual and their Dr, psychologist or whoever. “Fat acceptance” is about treating overweight people as you would treat others and not discriminate them because of their weight or treating them/us as if we are ugly, worthless and don’t deserve love. That is the whole point of fat acceptance. It’s not like it’s a surprise to us that we are fat and that obesity can cause health issues. Often fat shaming actually makes things worse.
