This happened to my mom: Back in the late 70’s when she was a Nurse Practitioner for an OBGYN, she had this woman come in who had a tattoo, that to the woman would be upside down, that read “Eat at Billie’s” right above her pubic hair. My mom (my poor sweet at the time, rather naive mom), had to ask “Are you Billie?”, that wasn’t the name on her chart. The woman said yes. She can laugh about it now, but she was mortified then 🤣
