When I experienced my first autumn in Europe eight year back I was completely mesmerized by it, I started collecting leaves, painting them and my sketchbooks became an orphanage of sorts to these autumn leaves. Here are a few autumn stories I have illustrated this year, I hope you like them.

Autumn, the rain and the leaves

I am a tree, I am a flaming forest, I am the leaf

Autumn is here and we go collecting leaves

We walk home along with the evening sun and a basket full of colourful dreams

While you fall gracefully, I try to keep my balance

While winter sleeps beneath the warmth of the flaming autumn leaves

Last night one tree shed all its leaves, last night the sky turned upside down
