Athletes From Around The World Strip Off For Charity Calendar, And The Photos Will Make Your Heart Beat Faster
London-based photographer and former biathlete Dominika Cuda has gathered cross-fit champions, ballerinas, horse riders and other sportsmen and women to capture their incredibly well-built physiques for an electrifying charity calendar.
“This is the third edition of the sports calendar, so it was much easier to coordinate with people from abroad as I had done it twice before,” Cuda told Bored Panda. “It wasn’t as much about choosing people as it was more about who appreciated the project and who wanted to participate. [The athletes] contacted me and I said that if they wanted to participate then they were more than welcome to join.”
While developing the idea of what the calendar should look like this year, Dominika ran into some financial problems. Even without funding, Cuda didn’t lose hope and continued her work. “I was the only one with the vision and I had no sponsor. Taking the risk, I funded the project myself.”
The pictures were taken at locations around Warsaw, Poland. The images come together to form a 300-page diary and personal planner for 2018, including daily training schedules and tables to record goals, achievements, and results.
The sales of the calendar contribute to the One Year Fund, which supports underfunded young athletes with footwear, clothing, and other gear. “I used to be a biathlete, so I know that chasing your dream requires funding for equipment and training,” Cuda said. “We reach out to the best and brightest, help them stay on their chosen path and motivate them in achieving their goals.”

While the rest of us has the guts (literally) to down that pizzer by ourselves and swillt them beers by the gallon, endure the herdships of self loarthing an envy, and an early grave, these peoples weasly out of it by fleeing into sports and werkout and ther long healthy lives. My father was right when he said that it is always sexier when something is left to the imagination. Total nudity is not sexy at all. The thought of another person's bare crotch touching someone else's body is disgusting not sexy!

Absolutely stunning compilation! I agree with Iris Jane, though, and think it would be great if the athletes had been mentioned by name, country and sport...it takes a lot of courage to strip and pose for pictures, even with stunning bodies!

An interesting observation. As an old man I have asked myself many times why the younger men in movies and TV shows have no upper body hair. Have we evolved out of it or do they all use Nair on their chests.

Brilliant but, where has all the men's chest hair got to? Surely I'm not the only red-blooded female who like to see a more masculine man? Taking off chest hair and leaving little hairy shins just doesn't 'do it' for me Lol!

(edit) The photos and the subjects in them are exceptional, amazing. But it looks wrong for the women to have to cover their nipples with their hands-- as if they re ashamed. I wish the poses would have been done differently. We see men's nipples all the time in sports and nudes. The poses are all organic, natural, the athlete in their own skin, in a sports pose. The two with women's hands up --only in order to hide a square inch or two of their bodies-- juts out wrongly, incongruently.

I wish the poses would have beendone differently. We see men's nipples all the time in sports and nudes. The poses were all rganic, natural, the athlete in their own skin, in a sports pose. The two with women's hands up only in order to hide a square inch or two of their bodies juts out wrongly, incongruently.
