It scrapes a lot, and I mean a LOT of artworks off of the internet to mash together to create this "art", and the artists whose works were used in the datasets have never given consent or received credit and compensation. The ai takes art without consent and learns from it to make the same art styles. As an artist, I would never make ai art and claim it’s mine, as so many do these days. It’s okay as long as you explain that it’s so though, if not angering

As other people have explained, it scrapes real human art from online, and then uses it (without original artist consent or even knowledge) to create new 'art'. Often it can also be used to fully recreate a specific person's style, which can be really bad for people who don't do certain types of art for any reason, or who do commissions for payment. It could really mess up their reputations or the amount of money they get from their art.
