To celebrate National Drink Wine Day falling on Saturday 18th February this year, artist Richard Marsh has painted 5 landscapes with a twist…
Each location has been painted solely using wine sourced from the destination depicted (the reason for the difference in colours!) The five paintings are of 2017’s most exciting wine regions, as picked out by Joe Fattorini of ITV’s The Wine Show.
The wine from Santorini proved the most difficult, with the artist needing to boil it down to a jam so it was thick enough to paint with!

Really cool, the differences in color are subtle but enough to distinguish themselves. Venice is my favorite, the color and detail are really nice. I may not know wine, but my colors yes. :-)
