This Artist Tested The Abilities Of A.I. To Create Architectural Paintings In Different Styles (27 Pics)
It’s undeniable that artificial intelligence is slowly but surely injecting itself into our life by completing tasks we once thought only human minds are capable of doing. Many people find it interesting to test out A.I.’s possibilities in the creative field - Alexander Dobrokotov is one of them.
The artist and blogger used the Midjourney neural network, an artificial intelligence-based program that entered open beta testing in mid-July, to see how familiar Russian buildings would look in different styles. Some of the results even resemble the works of Vincent van Gogh. Scroll down and pick your favorites!

I think in a very short time artists will be in serious trouble. I'm no art expert, but most of these pictures look like very high quality to me, I would be happy to have them no my walls.
If I was an artist I'd be more pissed off about people typing keywords into a webpage, downloading what the AI came up with and then calling themselves 'artists' rather than the actual AI itself. I mean, I had an AI (the same Midjourney on discord) come up with several pictures for me yesterday as I wanted some d&d art doing whilst setting up a game.... easy as p**s to do and in no way requires any talent.
Load More Replies...Can you actually call someone an artist that literally just drops down a few key phrases for AI to do all the work? Yeah I don't.
As a PicsArt Master Storyteller I occasionally use AI as a starting point and build from there. I see AI as a tool for digital artists. Do you refuse to call a photographers work art because all they did was, "push a few buttons"? AI takes a certain skillet which includes time and learning. It's not as simple as typing in a few key phrases, that is categorically false.
