wait that actually looks awesome! like that bit at the bottom connecting to the pool kinda looks like that webby bit between fingers
Normal nordic building style long long long before anything else you show! Stupid comparison...
Dunno ... if this was an exercise in getting AI to do architecture given silly starting points, then it was a huge success...
These aren't "drawings"....they're AI. And you're not an artist. You just input the original images, and told the AI to create buildings out of them. Oh, and.....since BP gives every new article 30 fake upvotes to start, and this is currently sitting at 20, people are justifiably downvoting.
On Felipe de Castro's (Architectural Designer and the subject of this article) Instagram you can see these were all original hand drawings and then filled out by AI. Instagram link at top of this article or here if you need it... https://www.instagram.com/felipedecastro.arq/
Load More Replies...OK, so where’s the hot dog stand shaped like a hot dog, and the burger joint shaped like a burger? I mean, if you’re going to revive this kind of Novelty Architecture, then get on with it. Let’s rebuild the Brown Derby Restaurant that was shaped like a derby hat, and Lucy the Elephant Hotel in the shape of an elephant. Bring it on.
Man, there are some haters. Using AI drawing is not all bad. I like the concepts, and some do look quite good. I can see myself building and living in the Sandwich house! (If I won Lotto)
Sure, I use AI myself, but it’s an d!ck move not to stand by it and tell people they are drawn.
Load More Replies...I read of a term for designs inspired by objects of much larger or smaller size. It's been decades since I read of it. Does anyone know the word?
These are all conceptual renders, part 2 architecture presentations, all very silly
a bunch of ai generated buildings compared to random objects... please get better content.
Some of these were such a far stretch to make it look like something. Really stupid idea.
