2023 has been the year of Barbie, Taylor Swift, and, of course, artificial intelligence (AI). The technology that professionals have been working on for years exploded into the mainstream in the beginning of 2023 with a variety of generative AI tools.
ChatGPT, AlphaCode, DALL-E, Midjouney, Synthesia—the number of tools can be quite overwhelming. Offering help by taking on multiple different tasks such as text, photo, video, or code generation, it’s certainly fun to mess around with. And while it was created to threaten the future majority of our jobs, one cannot deny that reimagining the Pope’s getup is hilarious.
Something just as fun that we haven’t seen around quite enough is AI-generated optical illusions. If you haven’t come across them yet, we’re here to fix that. The list below contains a collection of the most fun images that trick your brain.
The majority of the optical illusions on the list have hidden words or pictures inside. To see them, you can either move your phone away from your face until the image comes into view or squint really hard to blur your vision. Either way, have fun!

The future of AI is very promising. It seems like a lot of different spheres will greatly benefit from the development of it and soon enough many of us will be using it in our jobs and everyday lives.
One such change will be seen in jobs related to law. You see, a lot of legal strategies are all about knowing all the laws and seeing their gaps. With AI at hand, figuring them out and finding the right approach to the case will be much easier. That means that teams of 10–20 lawyers might be reduced to 1–3. That is why it is predicted that by 2028, there will be 25% less lawyers in the US.
It’s crazy that if you zoom in and only look at part of the e pic, it looks completely normal, but zoom out and all you can see is the ripple over the image.
Another impressive use of AI that should massively improve our lives is personalized medicine. It will allow doctors to easily diagnose the patient by inputting the symptoms they’re experiencing into an AI tool. Moreover, it will generate the right treatment plan that accounts for all the other medical conditions a person might have. This will allow for a more efficient use of medications and minimize the effects of the trial-and-error approach.
Furthermore, the medical AI models might be able to predict future ailments, too. They’ll be able to look at what a person is predisposed to experience in the future and suggest ways to mitigate or completely avoid it. The issue here is, of course, privacy. One will have to put in a lot of medical data to get accurate results, which is not acceptable to everybody.
Getting a completely tailored experience will also be a part of the education system. Students will be able to get the content and the training that caters to their specific needs with the help of AI. The information will also be presented in a way that best suits the individual learning styles of each pupil. This will allow each of them to shine in their own way.
I see "send nudes", not "no nudes". Perhaps this is a colour blindness test.
AI can even help with preventing the climate crisis from happening. How? By using what is called AI risk modeling. It will estimate how and how quickly policies will impact the real world and what the consequences will be like. This will be done by taking a massive amount of real-time data and processing it to create a digital version of Earth. That way the lawmakers will be able to create the most impactful and straightforward plan to deal with the crisis.
Synthesizing an enormous amount of data will also help in the research field. With the help of AI, scientists will be able to efficiently analyze different patterns and discover new connections and relationships in them. This will speed up many discoveries.
Another part of our lives that would really benefit from a little speeding up is bureaucracy. It is believed that AI will be able to assist people with many bureaucratic issues, especially when dealing with big corporations or governments. This means that sorting out any paperwork, patenting new ideas, and getting financial support will be quicker. In turn, this might speed up our lives and we’ll see more change around us.
The finance sector will also benefit from AI intrusion. Financial AI tools will allow banks to monitor their clients and quickly detect and eliminate any suspicious activity. This means less fraudulent behaviors. It will also help provide elevated customer service with AI-generated tailored financial plans for each client.
Whether you like it or not, AI is taking over the world. And, for many of us, it will make our lives better. In fact, if these optical illusions made you smile today, it is already doing its job.
Are these meant to be read together? Like this is ARE and another is YOU?
What I find interesting, is that it would take a master artist with years of experience in this particular technique, to even come close to some of these images. I think it's safe to say, AI is now creating artwork that humans can't create on their own. No, it doesn't have creativity, but it is now a paint brush unlike any other we have ever known.
It helps to move the screen up and down quickly and not focus too much. Still can’t figure out the two girls though
it's a face, facing left. i can't make out who it's supposed to be, but the eyes are shadows on the blond girl's neck
