Adele Shows Off Her Incredible Transformation In The New Pic She Posted On Her 32nd Birthday
Yesterday, well-known Grammy-winner Adele celebrated her 32nd birthday. The ‘Someone Like You’ singer hasn’t been in the spotlight much these days or even updated her Instagram account lately. However, she recently took to social media to thank everyone for sending her warm birthday wishes alongside a photo that left her fans speechless.

Recently, Adele took to Instagram to thank everyone for their birthday wishes and posted a striking new photo of herself

Her first photo on Instagram after a 5-month hiatus showed her posing dressed in a tight-fitting black dress and standing next to a floral hoop. Adele’s new look was mesmerizing with something clearly different about her — her figure.
Fans couldn’t help but notice Adele’s new look
“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️ 2020 okay bye thanks x,” Adele captioned the photo.

The most observant fans probably noticed a while ago that Adele is going through a weight-loss journey and she’s nailing it!
Adele now looks dramatically different from how we first remember her. She released her breakout album way back in 2008 at the tender age of just 19. The debut record was a smash success, winning numerous accolades and launching her career.
Last year, the ‘Someone Like You’ singer started a weight loss journey and the results she achieved left her fans speechless

As new photos of her started to emerge, a rumor began going around Adele was following the Sirtfood Diet. Based on the book of the same name, the diet involves eating foods rich in sirtuins, a type of protein found in plant foods that can supposedly activate the “skinny gene”. Coupled with a fitness plan, you can see the striking results that it’s given her. This diet, coupled with a fitness plan and personal training, has resulted in what you see today.
She hasn’t publicly revealed how much she’s lost but one fan managed to speak with Adele about the weight-loss story. In a chance encounter at a restaurant, a student called Lexi Larson said Adele “lost something like 100 pounds” (45kg). Lexi told People magazine: “She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident!”
And the confidence shows in more than just her appearance. Adele is a weight-loss inspiration for everyone wanting to be healthier both inside and out! We can’t wait for Adele’s fourth album — which is reportedly in the works — and hearing more from the star.

Load More Replies...she looked stunning either way but i'm very happy that she's much more healthier now. i'm personally using the quarantine to get stronger because i'm literally a noodle and get blown away by the wind :p
Definitely a big change but regardless of how she looks, I hope that she is happy in herself.
Jesus what a bunch of moaners here. "She looked better before" - guess what dipshit, she's not asking for your opinion.
Heavy, thin, short or tall...her voice is incredible and she is an amazingly caring woman. Who cares what she looks like. She's inspirational!
This is quite a transformation for her body for sure! Until you've been really overweight and then lost it, don't judge. I lost 45 lbs in 10 months as a teen and other than 2 pregnancies, kept it off. I'm now 68. I'm sure she had lots of help and encouragement which certainly helps, the challenge now is to keep it off. But I really hope she did this for herself, not anyone else. And to say she's not healthy- are you her doctor? Have you looked at her medical record? She may have medical issues she doesn't wish to share. Give her a break. Like I said, until you've been there, don't judge and assume things.
Your body is an instrument you use to accomplish your goals and move around in the world. However your body looks, as long as it's serving you and you are caring for it, it's good.
It's nice when someone can control their weight and get to a healthy level. With that said, I think Adele is prettier with a little added weight. I wouldn't recognize her now if I walked past her on the street.
I just hope she did it by choice and not pushed by the media, because she was beautiful. I'll keep to myself which version oh her I like, because I believe it's awful to shame a fat person, but also to shame a thin person...
I find it highly ironic and hypocritical that these same people that are saying such rude s**t about her weight loss are the same ones who adamantly defended her when people were being critical of her weight while she was heavier. You don't get to have it both ways. It's b******t that the body acceptance movement only preaches acceptance when the bodies are heavier than the norm. If you're thinner, not only will they not have your back, they'll also openly talk s**t about you like you're thinness is somehow a personal insult to them, which is so far beyond ridiculous. Can you imagine being THAT self absorbed and thinking that everything revolves around yourself? I know I can't.
As long as she is healthy & happy ! I would Then be interested in details & tips ( I am needing to loose weight for my health ). Congratulations ! You look radiantly Happy ! Hope that is accurate .
i swear to god i thought half those photos were sarah paulson lol! good for her though, she looks happy and thats all that matters!
Welcome to the punching bag of the 21st Century, the comments section of a post.
Adele has always been beautiful to me. She describes herself as "easily pleased" and nothing makes her happier than making other people happy. NOW DARLING, WHEN'S THE NEXT ALBUM AND TOUR?
hope she can stll sing and would love to catch a live concert of hers in the future. Saw the pic and just reassurd me to keep on pushing and keep on doing yoga 17 lbs down and still going strong. We're all in this together
once again a women or a person is reduced to success and happiness by how they look
"A woman or a person"... do you mind women aren't persons? :P
Load More Replies...A not-so-popular opinion (not trying to hate or anything) but I think she looked much better before, she has such a beautiful face and even with the wight she looked radiating and stunning. Either way - if she feels happier and healthier now - kudos to her!
Stop perpetuating the myth that losing weight means beauty!!! It damages us
Healthier, more attractive, less likely to develop complications late in life, statistically will live longer and be less of a burden on the health system. What's not to love about that.
She's a singer - why do we still make such a big deal over how a musician looks?? She was plump, now she is skinny - so what?
Really good, but u should have done that in ur 20s u could have been a fashion model
As long there are things like Instagram, there will be people that cheat with photoshop and whatever. It's so shallow.
As a woman a similar weight to Adele who also lost weight, she's not that big.... I mean everyone is different and how rapid the weightloss is also factors in whether or not you get excess skin. Me personally, I didn't have excess skin when I lost weight. But I, like her, was only a few sizes above average, not morbidly obese, and I lost weight slowly, which makes your skin bounce back more. However, I did lose weight in my boobs especially, and I went down in size. its not that noticable for me cuz they're just average size. I could see someone with bigger boobs like Adele lose a lot of weight in the chest and making it seem like that photo above... I dont think she would have to have skin removed though, but maybe she would need a lift on parts that were more filled out before
Load More Replies...Wow, didn't expect that! She looks good, but I hope she doesn't lose too much weight because it can be hard to stop once you've started.
Really? Never ever experienced that when coming from a pretty high weight. If anything it's hard to keep up the regime that got you there. It really is different from losing a few pounds. She also seem to have done it "the right way". Taking her time and finding help to get through the process. Kudos to her!
