WELCOME!

Welcome to my Bored Panda blog. This is basically going to be a place where I talk about anything & everything. First things first, the intro. My name is Josue Mejicanos & I am 25 years old. I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah but have lived in a couple different states ranging from California to South Carolina. I currently reside on the East Side of SLC with my beautiful girlfriend, 2 beautiful dogs, & 1 beautiful, fat tabby in an adorable 1 bedroom apartment which is too small for all of us, but just perfect at the same time. More on them later. I come from a family of 3, me being the oldest (& most handsome.) My mother was a single mother working 3 jobs to keep a roof over our heads most of my life until she met Larry. Fast forward 13 years & they are in a fantastic marriage & my mom has never been happier. I work as a server at a couple of different restaurants downtown & I also do event bartending around the city. Pretty fun stuff. I like to take pictures in my free time, go hiking, camping, going on walks, bike rides, slack lining, rock climbing… basically anything outdoors & I’m in. I hope to save up enough money with my girlfriend by the end of next year to hopefully move to Portland, Oregon & start a new chapter of life together. I want to travel, I want to explore. I want to experience new things & all that with my amazing & wonderful girlfriend. I hate being comfortable in a place for too long & I think I speak for everyone when I say that sometimes you have to make a drastic change in your life to be happy. I think uprooting everything & moving somewhere new is a pretty big change. I’m stoked to be here, I’m stoked to show you guys my work, & I’m stoked to get feedback & be a part of this amazing community that has been created by artists for artists. Anyway, if you’ve made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read this & I’ll be posting again soon.
