The Internet Is Obsessed With This 9-Year-Old’s Twitter Account Where He Reviews All The Dogs That He’s Petted
When it comes to our goals we are told to reach for the stars, but for nine-year-old Gideon Kidd his goal is to reach for a dog. Yes, Gideon is on a quest to pet as many dogs as he can and has already pet over 300 cuddly canines. He began documenting this mission in 2016 on his blog I’ve Pet That Dog, but it wasn’t until he joined Twitter that he became an internet hit. He told Vice that it was his mom’s suggestion to join the social media site. Only a month into Twitter, Gideon already has 41.7K followers - I guess mother’s really do know best. Gideon’s followers not only get to see pictures of this dog lover with his fluffy new friends, but read descriptions. Each dog is given a photo profile with their age, breed and quirky personality description. Gideon shared on his website that his favorite dog breed is a Chihuahua and that he is even a member of a Chihuahua fan club. If you’re like this nine-year-old and are looking for some furry affection Gideon has advice: “If you put your hand under their nose, you can let them sniff you. He’ll bark and growl if he doesn’t want you to pet him. Perhaps i find myself so drawn to and fond of Kirra (the 3 legged, white bull) is she reminds me so much of the first, female white bull i ever met Chole. Don't expect anyone to actually understand. She belonged to an extremely parsimonious & cruel woman, who also owned 5 other black male dogs to whom she completely favored They were all allowed to surround & sleep w/ her each night, except the Chole who the other dogs kept off the bed at all times. After a few weeks she'd bust through my rented bedroom door (even locked) & grateful for each others' company; eventually Chloe began to burst into locked room as i slept & i'd wake up to her sleeping on feet or cuddling me from behind. Will always love & miss her. Only wish i could have saved her too.

Psst - she hates to called that & remember Lassie was supposed to be male dog, though actually played by female collies. Her name is Lady & she's famous in her own right!

Huskies are the best dogs, they are hard work but great big silly donuts! Our boy is 12 and he still acts like a pup!

A chug - just love that! Had never heard of or seen one before. Is yours a barrel of laughs & fun? His little face is endearing but also cracks me up w/ that huge grin!

Standard poodle. They're fairly big, and were originally bred as hunting dogs. The miniature and toy varieties were bred "down" as companion animals. My wee girl weighs in at just over 5 pounds as an otherwise-healthy 14 year old. (She was diagnosed with other stuff yesterday)

Was given a poodle when i was young but he much prefered my grandmother & stuck by her side at all times. Even while she gardened. He'd often be found resting his head on her slippers as she did her needlepoint & crochet. He was very smart & extremely loyal only to her. Was a good dog.

You should never put your hand around a dogs throat like that. The can take it as a threat even if you are there best friend. They may attack you because of it.

aww I miss my parents Jack Russel. His name was Kramer (because he had crazy hair) and since both my dad and step mom were disabled whenever I would visit I'd take him on long walks. He loved them and would pass out with a great big smile when we got back home.
