Canada-based photographer Daniel Picard LOVES pop culture. He loves it so much, in fact, that he’s created an extensive photo series exploring what some of our favorite superheroes, supervillains and pop-culture characters might look like if they lived everyday lives just like ours.
The models in most of his photos are drawn from his collectible figure collection. Unlike common action figures, these collectibles can often stand up to the scrutiny of a close-up photoshoot. Picard then digitally adds them to his final photos. These photos can be found in his Figure Fantasy book, which is available on Amazon.
Picard has a unique approach to this genre, but he’s not the only on to use it. Edy Harjo and Rémi Noël are two other photographers who have successfully used this technique.

Share on FacebookDone or not done before- I love seeing Star Wars heroes on daily-basis, doing normal stuff. I dont think I will ever get bored of such projects! :D
It would be awesome to see them at a reunion. For Thanksgiving. Or Christmas. And New Year's Eve. Looking forward to :D
