What It’s Like To Live In A $95-Million Penthouse 1,396 Feet Above New York City
432 Park Avenue – this is the address of the New York skyline’s newest ornament and of the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. Towering up to 1,396 ft, the skyscraper offers 104 apartments at 30,000 sq ft each with 12.5 ft ceilings, 10 x 10 ft windows, and prices ranging from $16,95 million to $82,5 million.
The breathtaking condo tower was designed by Rafael Viñoly and took three years to construct. It is situated in the center of Manhattan, and the upper penthouses offer a view of all of New York City: from the Hudson to the East River, from the Bronx to Brooklyn, and from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean. The building also features a private restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a 75ft swimming pool/spa, a screening room/ performance venue, climate-controlled wine cellars, a children’s playroom and a board room.
The skyscraper will welcome its first residents next year, so if you’re looking for a nice little place in NY and have a solid bank account, you’d better hurry, as the penthouses are going like hot cakes.

This lazy panda forgot to write something about itself.
Am I the only one that thinks these are incredibly bland? All the marble and white just makes it boring. Maybe I'm too poor to like it :-p
Boring and soulless, probably like the people who will be living there.
Load More Replies...how to look down on the homeless and poor for 95 million.....keep it.
if you could afford to live here you could also make it any colour you want

Another success hater..wow you are annoying. If it makes you feel any better, they will probably buy a unit and live in it 30 days/year! F-U
it's lifeless but if you have $30-90mil to blow on a pad you can make it as colourful or lifelike as you see fit, common sense duh?
i guess that's a choice you make when you want the viewt to be the focus. who needs life and colour when you have the whole NYC?
I'm sure it's really nice, but I'd much rather be looking at nature. That much money would get you a reeeeeeally nice place in Kauai.
i would totally replace nyc whith a huge japanese garden or some ceturies-old forest myself.but i think that's what they had in mind.
I agree and to the people saying you could color it. you can't really color marble.

Actually I think the view is just simply so amazing that too colorful house and decoration would take away the attention :)
Agreed. The view should clearly be the star of the show here. And I don't see anything wrong with sleek and clean.
What colour it should be then? Red? Green? White is classic, stylish and relaxing, and most of all beautiful!
It's also New York and a lot of people on here clearly don't understand New York culture (modern and classic combined). This is not Cali...
White is anything BUT beautiful. It's nothing. It's what one does to decorate it...
I think they kept the decor in bland colors in order to keep the focus on the views that you can't help but notice from almost any angle.
It's not the quality. It's the price tag. Paying 95 million for a crappy apartment makes you special.
This is comparable to saying a white canvas at the art store is bland. I love it as a designer, because I'd prefer to style it my way.
And aren't these model apartments? Aren't they neutral so as not to deter potential buyers. When I sold my house I was told: neutral white
you are right, I am afraid of heights so I dont even want to think visiting (no money to buy it but im not poor i am rich in love)
I was thinking that, too. The kitchen especially, just seems to be lacking a heart. The views are amazing, though.
its lavish and beautiful but seriously i agree with you too..... ;-)
no you aren't........ though i like such designs but seriously i wony ever try it in my sims game (only there i can afford such homes) ;-)
No, it's bland (good choice of words there). I don't get the master bath that has no fixtures. Rich people don't pee?
How about the feeling of siting at the top in the center of the universe? ;)
Cold looking BenAdams. It's great that some ppl can afford that but wow, so cold looking.
It is incredibly bland. Not to mention absolutely ostentatious. Maybe we are too poor to like it but if you have money to burn, why not?
Where is the big balcony? Can I open my window - No, you can't. OK thanks! I prefer to invest in 10 houses instead of concrete and steel.
