They say that anything is good if it’s made of chocolate and it seems that famous sculptor Sarah Hardy would agree. She is an English food artist who creates realistic chocolate sculptures. Some of her works may not look tasty on the outside, but it’s the inside that counts, right?

From fossils and anatomy to marine life and invertebrates – no edible art is too hard to create for this sweet tooth. “As a classically trained sculptor I had exhibited in galleries and worked on waxwork figures and props for museums before realizing I could combine my passion for sculpture with my addiction to chocolate and cake,” says the famous artist. “I could explore my own unique art and interests in vanitas – in an edible medium. Chocolate art that lasted long enough to be viewed exhibited, and enjoyed before being consumed and destroyed.”

Now imagine your guests’ faces when they would see a very real looking human heart on your dining table.
