Genius Phone Accessory That’ll Make Your Dog Pose For The Perfect Selfie
San Diego resident Jason Hernandez solved the puzzle of how to take the perfect selfie with your dog. Hernandez’s company, Clever Dog Products, is presently Kickstarting the Pooch Selfie, a selfie stick for dogs. Its design is simple: the Pooch Selfie allows you to attach a ball to the top of your phone, keeping your dog’s attention fixated on your camera.
“Pooch Selfie does exactly what it is supposed to do in holding a dog’s attention,” said Hernandez. “It doesn’t change who the dog is, so if you have a bad dog, you have a bad dog.”
The Pooch Selfie has been under development for a year and aims to ship by December 2015. $13 will buy you one of these 3D-printed devices through Kickstarter.

Share on FacebookIt's amusing that post on this site make fun of selfie sticks, but as soon as a device is invented to keep your dog's attention while you take a selfie- well, that's just genius. And all this despite the fact that the little piece of plastic sold to consumers for $13 probably cost less than a dollar to make.
Will not comment on the attitudes on this website more than just to say that many people add to it and one person might like selfie sticks, the other one might not. Anyway, everything in the world costs much less to make than it is sold for to consumers. I don't know how prices are where you're from, but lets say a coke is sold for one dollar. Obviously making it doesn't cost the whole dollar, it costs at most 10 cents. However, shipping it, advertising it, selling it, etc., these things cost money and companies don't work for 'thank yous'. They work for financial profit and the actual profit will not be 50 cents for that coke but at most 10 cents. Buying the 3D print machines was expensive, I assume. Now by selling these weird toy holders they have to not only cover what the machines were but also be able to pay the employees they have employed and to make a profit.
