Instead of just writing my dreams in my journal, I decided that I would understand more of them if I drew what my mind has seen. Dreaming, in my point of view, is a powerful manifestation of our unconscious mind trying to present us something, be it an event, idea or understanding.
When we are in the act of dreaming we may not immediately see the hidden symbolism behind them, but when awake, seeing those same symbols being drawn out, we may get a deeper understanding of what is going on in our unconscious mind.
These are my dreams over the course of a year, each with a description of the event that led to it or it has caused. A very interesting experiment to do on your own.
