I wish i'll see it. It's magical

My father was stationed in Japan, in early 1950. Mother and I joined him in the middle of March, this time of the year. We spent our first three months in Nara, before moving to Osaka, after the Korean War broke out. But there are four things I remember very clearly. One was all the deer. They were everywhere. Another was the color of all the tree and flower buds opening up everywhere. And the fireworks at night, that filled the sky and seemed to go on forever. Oh, and also the huge indoor Buddha. It was an experience I will never forget.
