Cartoonist Gunduz Agayev has no intention to stop. The cartoonist who has created several series of illustrations so far, has chosen again the theme of universal human rights and justice portraying Femida (Themis) in different countries.

“I have spent 15-16 days for this volume. I drew thinking and reading about the situations in these countries. These illustrations depict the real conditions in the countries.”

Previously he drew well-known illustration series, such as “Holy Selfie“, “Global Police” and “Just Dictators“.

ingenious. apart from identifying with, and taking sides, the drawings are very appropriate depictions of what's going on. the truth sucks, doesn't it.

I think the one about Britain is lazy and not that satirical (speaking as a Brit), which is surprising given the hard-hitting nature of the other pictures. The Queen has very little actual power other than a figurehead, so it's surprising she should be the focal point. There are just so many other options you could have gone with - inequality, nepotism, capitalist exploitation / corruption, not to mention that the British legal system was forced upon the nations of its empire in varying ways, with a huge impact even today... It feels as though the artist has nothing to say about Britain and its politics, perhaps because they just don't know that much about it, or they simply assume it's not that bad? Some of the others were incredible though.
