One tattoo enthusiast with an unfortunate, low-quality Pikachu tattoo just got a cute and clever cover-up thanks to Lindsay Baker, a talented tattoo artist at Niteowl Tattoo in Massachusetts. Her ink turned a hazy and unclear Pikachu tattoo into a painting being painted by the iconic ‘Pikaso’ Pokemon character himself!
A cover-up tattoo is often the best way to remedy an unfortunate or unfortunately funny tattoo without using some sort of surgery. Your best bet, however, is to get your tattoo idea done right the first time around by spending money on an artist who will be able to create a true work of art!

The reference is "Triple Self Portrait" by Norman Rockwell, not Picasso, which in no way diminishes the wittiness of the cover up.

I'd love to have a tat not just for a week, but forever! Recently, I found an article about feet tattoos http://www.dubuddha.org/what-is-good-in-foot-tattoos/ and I want one. It'll be nice to make it in Arabic, like a line from a prayer to God. It's really that beautiful and worthy. Now I know, how to implement it in life, many thanks to you!

Great cover up idea and execution. Well, BehemothPanda stated the other mistake with the new tattoo in the comments below. But I've got a story for that... ;)

Except for the part where the new Pikachu's right eye was obviously done, then redone. You can see the original attempt slightly beneath the right eye, not quite covered up by Pikachu's yellow skin. The right eye as it is appears too small and not centered with the left one. It was a good attempt at a cover-up, but with mistakes like this, it's just one bad tattoo on top of another.

Naw man. The story is that Pikachu got drunk the night before and got into a fight which resulted in a black eye. And now continues to drink while painting a self portrait. ;)
