Dog Loves Getting Mail So Much That Postman Writes Her Letters Even When There’s No Mail

Pippa the dog always runs towards Martin Studer, a postman from Brisbane, Australia, whenever she sees him – she loves getting mail! In fact, the pooch enjoys it so much, the postman even writes tiny letters specially for her not to upset the good girl. “Sometimes, Pippa comes out for the daily delivery but there’s no mail for her to collect,” Studer writes on Facebook. “So I have to improvise.”

“I’ve been on Pippa’s run for the last 2-3 years,” Studer told Bored Panda. “I have always written something to her. I just don’t want to disappoint her! She LOVES the postie. It really makes her day when we come by.”

That's why I can't be a postwoman... I would talk with every dog on my way and pet them if they would let me, so I would got fired and be really poor and couldn't check out lovely stories on boredpanda. That escalated quickly, but it's pure truth :D

As the reciever of the mail I would love having postwomen like you, here we have a lot of people who are afraid of our dog, even though she is a sheep

My parents had a German Shepard named Shep who would greet Al the mailman everyday. Al would hand the mail to Shep. Shep would then carry the mail while he followed Al around our street. Then Shep would come home and "deliver" the mail to my mother.
