I found this interesting contemporary art by Thunyamon charoensuttikul.
She is a Thai graphic designer who is fond of arts in Renaissance and she also likes the loveliness of Disney’s princess. In this way she combines her two favorite things into her masterpiece. It looks awesome.

That's because the author payed attention to details in the original paintings from that era and knows about fashion trends of that time.

Pretty, nearly period, but each is missing the iconic symbols of her story. Renaissance art is full of references, the story is always there, and these don't tell the stories.
