I actually liked them ALL. I think with Christmas colors and perhaps a Christmas outfit, the bottom two would have been just fine.

Most of these aren't fails at all. A more accurate headline would be "amateur photos look amateur while capturing more interesting facial expressions than the photos they're trying to emulate". The ones with the little girls on Santa's lap, where one has a miserable looking Santa and the other a miserable looking child, I wouldn't have known which one was supposed to be the "fail" but the second one is actually more professional looking, with better lighting.
