Kitten Born With Twisted Limbs Was Left To Die But This Woman Saw Perfection In Her
Pretzel and her two siblings were abandoned right after birth because they had twisted arms and legs. Sadly her brother and sister didn’t make it but Pretzel was a fighter and refused to give up.
Even though she also has a heart murmur, abnormal skeletal development, missing bones in her legs, abnormal pelvic development, and an underbite, she “is always very happy, she knows there’s nothing wrong with her, she has no clue that she’s different than any other cat” says her foster mom Laura Hawthorne.
Hawthorne thought Pretzel would be her foster kitty for life, but then Michelle Harrison saw her video online. “She had been moved to tears while watching the video and decided then and there that she would be Pretzel’s forever mom,” Hawthorne said. “It was very hard to part with her, but I knew she was going to a home where she would be adored, incredibly cared for and spoiled rotten,” she added. At 8 months old, Pretzel, a true survivor, finally found a loving home for good.
